What do you love about surfing in Huntington Beach?

I love surfing HB because of the way I feel when I'm in the ocean. With my first duck dive, the ocean washes off any stress or negativity I might be carrying. Also, when I'm focused on catching waves everything else (ie. worries, problems, responsibilities) fade into the background and seem less important. Plus, it's always a bonus when one of your friends sees you catch a good wave and tells you that you threw some spray and you don't totally suck!

Belonging to HB's surfing community means you can show up alone at any spot - from RJ's to Anderson St and see somebody you know in the water.
